ProxySeller
Policy v1.0, effective 2026-10-05

Allowed use

Use the proxies for lawful work that respects the sites you reach. This is the line, stated before you pay.

Not allowed

  • Anything illegal where you or the target are located, including fraud, identity theft and unauthorised access.
  • Attacks on networks or services: denial of service, port scanning of third parties, exploitation attempts.
  • Spam, phishing, malware distribution and command-and-control traffic.
  • Sexual content involving minors, and trafficking. These are reported to the authorities.
  • Carding, credential stuffing and the testing of stolen account data.
  • Reselling access to your proxies without our written agreement.

Allowed, with care

  • Collecting publicly available data. Follow the site’s terms and robots rules, keep your request rate reasonable, and handle personal data lawfully.
  • Managing multiple accounts for your own business or for clients, within the rules of the platforms involved.
  • Ad, price and search checks from other locations.

If a rule is broken

  1. We tell you what we saw

If we think a rule was broken, we describe what we observed and ask you to stop.

  2. We may suspend first

For serious breaches or an ongoing risk to others, we may suspend the service before we write to you.

  3. Refunds

An order we end because of a breach is not refunded for the part affected. See the refund policy.

  4. Reports to authorities

Content involving minors and trafficking is reported to the authorities.

How this fits the contract

This page is the acceptable use policy referred to in the terms of service. There is one copy, here. Whether a use fits the policy is checked against your use cases in the use case pages, each of which says where care is needed.
