Terms of service

The agreement between you and us when you open an account or buy.

Who we are

These terms are between you and Unidatum LLC (“ProxySeller”, “we”, “us”), operator of proxyseller.co. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

We sell access to proxy addresses and traffic: residential proxies by the gigabyte, and ISP and datacenter proxies by the IP for a term. What is on sale, and at what price, is shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard at the time of purchase.

Your account

  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
  • You are responsible for what is done with your account and its credentials.
  • Keep your sign-in details secret. Tell us at once if you think they have leaked.

Prices and payment

You top up a balance and spend it on orders. The price shown for an order at checkout is the price charged. Prices may change for future orders. A change does not affect a term you have already bought.

Terms and renewal

An ISP or datacenter order runs for the term you chose. When it ends, the address is released unless you renew it. Renewal prices are shown before you confirm.

Acceptable use

You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend or end service for a breach, and where we do so for a breach, we are not obliged to refund the part of the order affected.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or that any particular address will be accepted by any particular website. Third-party sites decide whom they serve.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will state the date of the latest change at the top of the page. Questions: [email protected].
