Location choice depends on the line. This is the whole table, including the line where you get none.

Choosing the right level
Choose the coarsest level that gives the result you need. A narrower choice shrinks the pool of addresses you can draw from. The geo-targeting guide goes through when country is enough and when you need a city.
Check what you received
Geolocation databases disagree with one another. If a target decides by its own database, test against that one. The testing guide shows how.
Location questions
Which countries can I buy?
The live list of countries and cities is shown in the dashboard when you place an order, because stock changes. We do not print a number of locations on this site that we cannot keep true.
Do I need a separate account per country?
No. One account covers every country.
Can I choose a city on residential?
No. Residential exit addresses come from the pool. Use ISP or datacenter to choose a city.
What if a city is out of stock?
The order screen shows what is available at the time. Choose the nearest region, or order from the next city over.
