Who is responsible
Unidatum LLC is the controller of the personal data described here, for proxyseller.co and the dashboard at app.proxyseller.co.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, password hash, and the details you give us for billing.
- Order data: what you bought, when, for how long, and the balance movements.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to run the service.
- Support messages: what you send us and what we reply.
Your proxy traffic
We do not inspect the content of the traffic you send through the proxies. We keep the minimum technical records needed to bill, to secure the service and to handle abuse reports.
Why we use it
To provide the service and bill for it, to keep it secure, to answer you, to meet legal duties and, with your consent where the law requires it, to measure how the site is used.
Who we share it with
With processors that run payments, email delivery, hosting and support tools for us, and with authorities where the law compels us. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, to object to or restrict some uses, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to [email protected].
Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as the account is open and for the period tax and accounting law requires afterwards, then delete or anonymise them.
