If traffic from a ProxySeller address broke the allowed-use policy, tell us. A report we can trace is one we can act on.
What to include
- The source IP address you saw.
- The date and time, with the time zone, of each event.
- The URL or service that was targeted.
- A short description of what happened.
- Log lines or other evidence, as text where you can.
What we do with it
We match the address and time to an account, compare what happened with the allowed-use policy, and act under it: we tell the customer what we saw and ask them to stop, and we may suspend the service first where the risk is serious or ongoing.
Reports about content involving minors or trafficking go to the authorities.
We do not publish a response time here that we cannot show you evidence for.
