ISP proxy
A static IP address registered to a consumer internet provider but hosted in a data centre.
An ISP proxy sits between datacenter and residential. The address belongs to an internet provider's range, so a site that checks who owns an address sees a consumer network. The address is hosted on server hardware, so it stays the same for as long as you rent it.
Because it is static, it suits work where the address must not change, such as account operations and repeated checks from one place.
