Glossary
/24 subnet
A block of 256 consecutive IPv4 addresses that share their first 24 bits.
A /24 is the usual smallest block that is routed on the public internet, and many anti-abuse systems judge reputation at that level.
If you buy a batch of static IPs, how many of them fall in the same /24 affects how correlated they look to a target.
